Frustrated by the low-quality, robotic and slow technical support from otherwise well-regarded brands, James Hart started Purple as a sole trader in 2007, going on to incorporate Purple Computing Limited in 2010. Since then, Purple has been on a mission to provide the very best customer service, technical support, response times and service standards in the IT industry.
