So, here’s the deal:
It doesn’t matter if you’re the big boss, a member of staff, or a home user: If you recommend Purple Computing’s services to a friend or business, which results in a new annual support agreement, we will reward both of you.
You, the person doing the referring, will receive a gift of either an Apple Watch Sport or an iPad within 6 weeks of a confirmed agreement. The gift is at our discretion, based upon the ultimate value of the referral, with an Apple Watch Sport the minimum reward for a qualifying referral.
The new customer, who you referred to us, will receive an automatic 10% off their first year’s support agreement. They just need to say that you referred them, and that you Prefer Purple.
You might be thinking: how much is an annual support agreement and will my friend want one? They start from £55 + VAT per month for 1 user, for 12 months unlimited remote support. Yes, unlimited.
It’s as simple as that!

Taking on an annual support agreement is a big commitment and not always straightforward, so we always take great care to assess our customers’ needs before billing a single penny. This means that if the referred customer is not a perfect fit and we can’t agree a deal, unfortunately we will not be able to reward you.
However, our annual remote support packages are usually completely unlimited and offer amazing value for money and convenience for help with your computers and electronics. Of course, if you’re an existing customer, you probably already knew this.
Even better, businesses of more than 2 staff will also quality for a free onsite consultation by one of our engineers, followed by a full written proposal and quote, with absolutely no obligation. A great way to get your IT strategy in shape.
