How It Works

Join Us

  • Pay £38 + VAT to become a Priority Support member.
  • After payment, an engineer is allocated to you.
  • Your engineer will call within 1 hour between 0800 – 1600 Mon-Fri (next day after 3pm).
  • You’ll be asked for some brief info about the problem and your best contact number.
  • If we can fix it remotely, we will. More complicated? We’ll come up with a plan.

Stay With Us

  • Priority Support Membership gives unlimited remote troubleshooting for 1 person.
  • We continue to bill £38 + VAT per month, unless you cancel.
  • We always aim to respond within 1 working hour between 8am – 4pm (Monday – Friday).
  • Call us to add more members (e.g family, colleagues).

Cancel Any Time

  • Cancel your monthly direct debit at any time using online banking, or by calling us.
  • If you cancel, you can sign up again after 6 months.
  • We still offer non-priority support, at our standard prices, until you’re able to sign up again.

Limits & Terms

Membership covers unlimited remote troubleshooting – the majority of IT support.

Extras (by quotation) include hardware repair, site visits and setting up new things.

No hard sell – if Priority Support doesn’t fit, we’ll refund and cancel straight away.

Non-Priority Support

If you don’t want to become a Priority Support monthly member, we can still help.

It’s a bit more expensive, and we cannot guarantee our response time.

But we’re still here if you need computer support on an ad-hoc basis.
