We have multiple locations where reviews can be posted, so you can enter the draw multiple times (if you have the patience). Or maybe you left us a review already, missed out on the prize and want to enter again? No problem!

Google Reviews require a Google account. Apple Consultants Network reviews require an Apple ID to verify them.

It takes no more than a minute to leave a Google review if you’re logged in. The Apple reviews take a tiny bit longer.

Our Review Policy

To demonstrate our commitment to great service we welcome and encourage reviews from all of our customers.

Contracted clients are given the opportunity to leave us feedback and comments on every single one of their completed support requests. We post any comments automatically and unedited to our website in real-time (we just remove the person’s surname for privacy).

Anyone can leave us a review on Google or the Apple Consultants Network website, both of which help us to keep ahead of our competitors and for which we are very grateful.

Dec 8th Clint C Having dealt with a handful of IT support companies over the years who always promised the best service and always said they could support us even though we were Mac based users, I'd come to realise this was all rubbish just to get us to sign up as customers. I’d finally had enough and decided to look for a company who were mainly Mac focused and could deliver exactly what we needed. After an initial Zoom meeting with James discussing our next move from an in-house server to a cloud based solution I felt reassured that Purple knew what they were talking about and were more than capable of taking the stress of such a large move out of our hands and dealing with all of it. So, we simply sit back, carried on working as were were and just ‘switched over’ to Dropbox once everything had been set. They dealt with all our requirements regarding staff permissions, freelance users and always had great suggestions and solutions to improve our working process regarding rolling out new software and updating all our Macs with just one click! Amazing!! The whole team at Purple have been great but Michael Tanner should be awarded some sort of mega award for dealing with some tough problems and overcoming them, especially when suffering with severe illness at times - the man should be knighted! Purple are now the only IT support company I will ever deal with and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing advice or support.

Sep 8th Lynn H Really rapid response as always. Excellent service. Hi Martyn & Lochie I have spoken to Quickbooks. I was wrong and we can use the online system so does not need to be on the server. Sorry to have wasted your time but I do appreciate your support. Not sure how long it will take to get up and running but at least it looks like Tas Books will be a thing of the past in the near future.
