Dean is the founder of Purple Computing (Canada). He has extensive experience in the IT industry since 2001, having previously worked in various roles at both IBM and Apple.

Lochie joined us in 2018, working within the helpdesk team. Many of our clients will speak to Lochie as the first port of call for any remote support enquiries. He triages incoming calls and tickets to ensure your queries are resolved as quickly as possible.
With over 8 years of experience providing world class technical support for Apple, Jack has the experience to build and tailor a variety of custom solutions to suit multiple business needs and puts the customer experience at the heart of everything he does.
Alex works as an engineer and will be one of our clients’ first points of contact, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions as queries arise. He brings 10 years of experience from Apple and has a keen eye for attention to detail, always keeping the customer experience at the forefront.
