Dean has been part of our team since 2012, bringing with him extensive experience in the IT industry since 2001 having worked in various roles at both IBM and Apple.
He will be a familiar voice to many clients, providing quick, patient and effective remote support.
Joe joined the Purple team in 2018 and supports our helpdesk, resolving any remote support enquiries submitted by our clients. In addition to being able to provide day-to day support for your business, Joe is customer focused and develops good solid relationships with new and existing customers.
Megan is our office manager and will help to schedule your site visit bookings, ensuring the right people and equipment turn up at the right time. She has extensive experience managing teams of IT engineers and also takes care of day-to-day accounts, purchasing and office administration to ensure everything runs smoothly.
James is the founder of Purple. He has been working independently in IT support for over 10 years and set up the company in 2010.
In addition to running the business itself, James is a full time engineer and consultant for Purple, providing support and strategic planning to clients across a wide range of different industries.
A keen skier and snowboarder, James loves to spend a week or two on the slopes during the winter months.
Samuel is our first ever apprentice who joined us after achieving a successful haul of exam results in summer 2019. Sam is a valuable extra pair of hands onsite when we're conducting project and installation work. He also assists our helpdesk team by conducting initial investigations and gathering the necessary information required for a prompt and efficient resolution to your support requests.
Martyn joined us in March 2015 having worked for various large corporations such as Aviva, Apple and several major cyber security vendors. He was also trained by Apple at Infinite Loop in Cupertino prior to working at the Regent Street Apple Store in London, England.
Martyn's multi-platform skills in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X & Linux, along with extensive networking experience and hands-on skills, make him a valuable onsite engineer and systems integrator.
Lochie joined us in 2018, working within the helpdesk team. Many of our clients will speak to Lochie as the first port of call for any remote support enquiries. He triages incoming calls and tickets to ensure your queries are resolved as quickly as possible.
